STEAM BOILER APPLICATION
Initial Evaluation of Magnetic Performance
Note: Only used to evaluate the initial impact of energizers on the system, to insure of correct installation & to monitor the emissions.
- Adjustment of the boiler to the optimum efficiency (as recommended by manufacturer);
- Monitoring stack temp. , O2 and CO2 levels, boiler efficiency and emissions before installation of the energizers;
- Installation of energizers on gas line, feed water lines;
- Monitoring stack temp. , O2 & CO2 levels, boiler efficiency and emissions after installation of the energizers;
- Comparison of the monitored data before & after installation.
Note: Any increase of stack temp. and CO2 level and decrease of O2 level & emissions shows the improvement.
Procedure of Periodic Evaluation
Note: Regular procedure to evaluate the impact of energizers on the system based on gas invoices and production.
- Adjustment of the boiler to the optimum efficiency (as recommended by manufacturer);
- Installation of energizers on gas line, feed water lines;
- Re-adjustment of the boiler 4-6 weeks after installation (due to stabilisation period of energizers);
- Estimation of average weekly gas consumption per production based on gas invoices or gas meter readings and steam production rate;
- Comparison of the data before & after installation.
Note: Any decrease of average gas consumption per production (M3/LB of steam or M3/GJ of energy produced) shows the percentage of improvement.
Procedure of Precise Evaluation
Note: Precise procedure is used to study the impact of magnets on the system based on heat balance equations.
- Adjustment of the boiler to the optimum efficiency (as recommended by manufacturer);
- Monitoring steam properties, gas consumption & emission before installation (every 10-20 minutes for minimum period of two week);
- Installation of energizers on gas line, feed water lines;
- Monitoring steam properties, gas consumption & emission after installation (every 10-20 minutes for the period of 4-6 weeks);
- Calculation of energy input, energy output & heating efficiency based on monitored data before & after installation;
- Comparison of the calculated data before & after installation.
Note: Any increase of heating efficiency shows the improvement.
