IONIC FLUID-TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY

Over 10 years, AVOCA-TEC has developed several patented technologies and products based on the physical effects of applying precisely-engineered magnetic fields to the molecular structure of fluids.

The patents are based on the physical effects resulting from the application of magnetic fields of specific polarity and strength, (many times the strength of traditional bipolar magnets), to fluids and gases used in industrial processes. The application of highly specific magnetic fields causes the ions within the fluids or gases to become realigned, yielding significant benefits for many engineering processes, including

1. Water Treatment

Residential & Industrial Hard Water Conditioning

Hard water and its scaling problems are among the most costly problems in water processing, heating and cooling buildings, manufacturing, food processing, etc. With correct installation, MCII’s products will charge the water so minerals are held in suspension, halting and then reversing scale build-up, while dramatically reducing and eliminating chemicals, maintenance and costs.

Chemicals used to control hard water are both expensive and toxic, frequently ending up in our drinking supplies. MCII Hard Water Conditioners soften water and neutralize Ph while eliminating the huge social cost of these environmental toxins. ROI on AVOCA-TEC products vary from 6-12 months in most applications.

Swimming Pool & Spa Systems

These systems save money by reducing algae and expensive sanitizing agents, stabilizing pH (eliminating pH adjustment chemicals), eliminating scum and mineral buildup around the pool or spa, increasing filter efficiency, and reducing maintenance time and energy costs. The technology also dramatically improves the swimmers’ environment by eliminating chemical skin and eye irritants.

2. Fuel Treatment

AVOCA-TEC technology has been used to optimize combustion in various advanced fuel systems for gasoline, diesel, oil, LPG and natural gas vehicles, as well as residential, commercial and industrial heating and power generation.

In transportation, AVOCA-TEC products produce increases in power as well as fuel savings, while allowing smoother running engines for longer life and dramatically reduced emissions. AVOCA-TEC has developed a 3-unit system for these applications – a positive magnetic field for fuel, negative for air, and positive for water (coolant). This is the only engineered system that adjusts the fuel/air stochiometric ratio correctly for today’s advanced combustion systems.
